The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the automotive industry and information technology field in Nigeria; and is independent of either party. All legal notices or demands to or upon Car Parts Store shall be made in writing and shall be brought to us personally or through certified courier sieve to our registered office address.
